Walk in Stability Chamber
- Construction : Phonix Walk-In chamber are made from lightweight panels for fast and easy installation. Location pins ensure an accurate fit and the "cam over center" locks securely join panels in Place. Interior & Exterior are made of SS304 (Matt Finish).
- Cooling System : Hermetically Sealed Compressor with split type condensing unit. Which can put outside of the stability room to avoid hot air throw.
- Humidity System : It consists of Boiler tank & reservoir tank. Boiler tank consists of heaters if one fails it can be switch over to stand by. Tank have magnetic float switch for safety of heaters. It cut off the supply of heater at low water level.
- Control System : PLC Based controlling system with touch screen display and electronic sensor for temperature & humidity.
- Temp.Range : 20°c to 60°C Humidity Range : 40% To 95%RH
- Temp.Accuracy : +/-0.5°C Humidity Accuracy : +/-2 RH
- Temp.Uniformity : +/-0.2°C Humidity Uniformity : +/-3% RH
- Alarms : Temperature and humidity devaition for each sensor. Water level Low for each tanks. Door Open, Mains Fail
- Features : Stands by cooling system with auto changeove. Stand by humidity system with auto changeover. Mobile SMS facility through software(Optional). Drainage evaporation system & drainage recycle system. Performed trays, Arrangement of buzzer with an Emergency light if anyone traps inside. Electronic door lock with user level & password facility(Optional).
- Safety : Safety Controller as well user well as HI/LOW Thermostat for in case of any electronic malfunction.
- Power Supply : 230VAC. 50Hz, Mains.
