BOD Incubator
- Construction : Internal MOC – SS 304 (Matt Finish) Internal MOC – SS 304 (Matt Finish). External MOC – SS 304 (Matt Finish) Or Mild Steel Powder Coated. Phonix Chamber are insulated with PUF & Design for better uniformity throughout the chamber with help of air flow system. And also design for fast recovery of temperature and humidity. Chamber are leak proof with magnetic gasket & safe with door lock. And full length inner glass door for observation.
- Cooling System : Inbuit Hermetically Sealed Compressor with CFC free refrigerant 134A.
- Heating System : Long lasting SS tubular heaters
- Temp. Control : Auto tune PID controller with PT100 sensor with printing facility
- Temp.Range : 10°c to 60°C
- Temp.Accuracy : +/-0.2°C
- Temp.Uniformity : +/-2°C
- Alarms/Events : Temperature deviation for each sensor. Door open, Mains Fail
- Features : Stands by cooling system with auto changeover (optional and only for 800 Ltrs above Model). Mobile SMS facility through software(Optional). Drainage evaporation system. Perforated trays, PLC Base controlling system with touch screen display(Optional). Electronic door lock with user level & password facility(Optional).
- Safety : Safety Controller as well user well as HI/LOW Thermostat for in case of any electronic malfunction.
