Stability Chamber
- Construction : Internal MOC – SS 304 (Matt Finish). External MOC – SS 304 (Matt Finish) Or Mild Steel Powder Coated. Phonix Chamber are insulated with PUF & Design for better uniformity throughout the chamber with help of air flow system. And also design for fast recovery of temperature and humidity. Chamber are leak proof with magnetic gasket & safe with door lock. And full length inner glass door for observation.
- Cooling System : Inbuit Hermetically Sealed Compressor with CFC free refrigerant 134A.
- Heating System : Long lasting SS tubular heaters
- Humidity system : It consists of Boiler tank & reservoir tank. Boiler tank consists of two heaters if one fails it can be switch over to stand by. Both tanks have magnetic level switch for safety of heaters. It cut off the supply of heater at low water level.
- Control System :Auto tune PID controller with temp & humidity sensor with printing facility
- Temp.Range : 20°c to 60°C Humidity Range : 40% To 95%RH
- Temp.Accuracy : +/-0.5°C Humidity Accuracy : +/-2 RH
- Temp.Uniformity : +/-0.2°C Humidity Uniformity : +/-3% RH
- Alarms/Events : Temperature and humidity deviation for each sensor. Water levels low for each tank. Door open, Mains Fail
- Features : Stands by cooling system with auto changeover (optional and only for 800 Ltrs above Model). Stand by humidity system with auto changeover. Mobile SMS facility through software(Optional). Drainage evaporation system & Electronic door lock with user level & password facility(Optional).
- Safety : Safety Controller as well user well as HI/LOW Thermostat for in case of any electronic malfunction.
